Holiday Pay
After you have completed 2040 hours on assignment, you may be eligible to receive Holiday Pay provided you meet the following criteria:

• Must work 1440 in 40 weeks prior to the holiday.
  
• Work the day before and the day after the holiday.
  

Longevity Bonus
After you have worked 2040 hours on assignment, you may be eligible to receive a Tenure Bonus of up to $300.00.

Referral Bonus
Refer your friends and family to Dream Team staffing, and receive a referral bonus. After the person you referred works 160 hours, you need to contact your team coach to receive a $25.00 bonus.
